The right path
In recent months I have worked with many of our customers in the area of accountability for your team. Specifically how to develop an accountability system that allows work to be done, where the leader is not the person police 24 hours a day and the team takes responsibility and accountability for this.
In a situation of team accountability process should allow team members to go representing herself in the first case, members of the team in second instance and, finally, the team leader in the third. The concept is pretty basic process of enabling this is a bit more complicated.
