Preventing Hair Loss: Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow, Part 2
2005 Comments:
If ever there was a drug which seemed almost a cure for the DPP, without side effects, what it was. So what happened? It'sa bit of a mystery, but the general consensus is that the company never developed the market for financial reasons, after other drugs for the DPP faired less well on the market as expected. It's a pity. After that article came out, I knew several enterprising people with enough money to take many are for personal use, and everyone said it was the best there was used topically.
Additional treatment options
Avodart:
Recently, a dual inhibitor of both types of enzymes (5a-reductase-1 and 5a-reductase-2) which converts testosterone to DHT has been approved for BPH. It is called Avodart (dutasteride) and is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. Finasteride has DHT reduced to about 70 +%, or, as the case Avodart DHT reduced by 90-96% depending on the dose (0.5 mg – 2.5 mg). Thus, this drug appears more effective for the treatment MPB, and data Glaxo found 2.5 mg of Avodart hair increased by 1.5 times compared to more than 5 mg finasteride for 6 months with Finasteride side effects similar.
Real-world feedback is that it is in fact superior to finasteride at DPP, but the side effects are more common. Several I know physicians who prescribed the DPP said that many people have stopped using because of side effects, so the statement that affects similar side effects Finasteride may not be true. However, it may be worth using in mixed topical vehicle, such as Minoxidil or a custom blend. There are many of them found on the Internet, in fact, and the information is generally good. As reported today is not as effective as oral, but the side effects are minimized.
Flutamide and spironolactone
Flutamide is not really a new drug, but a drug used for the DPP. It is a powerful anti-androgen is used for men with prostate cancer. I think side effects of healthy men too large to be used orally, although some men have gone in that direction. I think you're crazy. However, current versions are quite common in alternative networks? And it may be viable – though less effective alternative to oral administration. Almost everything said about Flutamide occurs with spironolactone. Gyno formulations, decreased sexual desire, etc., is common in men than taken orally, but now exist and appear to be moderately effective, especially when combined with other compounds.
The best ingredients general formula several themes:
There are hundreds, even thousands, of formulas currently on the market. I have not seen any, or use all. With this in mind, I recommend all-in-a topical formula that I recommend is Proxiphen produced by Dr. Proctor Texas. Dr. Proctor is probably one of the foremost experts on MPB and the contrary in an industry well in the shade. I talked to him several times and he knows his sh *%. Proxiphen contains minoxidil, as well as prescription agents phenytoin and spironolactone, SODs, copper peptides, the tempo, the NEA … more than a dozen ingredients active at all. Another advantage is that Dr. Proctor never stays Proxiphen his success with which constantly adding new compounds with the formula if he feels that promising for the DPP.
Because it contains prescription agents that may be issued Proxiphen diagnosis physician700s of hair loss. This is not as you may think, but you will need to see your doctor for a diagnosis of PPS. You do not have to travel to Texas to get it, but your doctor will need to communicate with Dr Proctor for you to get Proxiphen. Dr, Proctor does not prescription products may also be worth a try, but none of them will be as effective as your product on the basis of the order. Dr. Proctor can be contacted at 800-926-1752 or 713-960-1616. Website: www.drproctor.com
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
99% time, which seems to be a scam and smells of a scam is a scam. Not Only 1% of the time in what seems rather scam-ish at first glance may actually work as intended. This may be true of LLLT. Manufacturers of LLLT argued for years that grew hair, but there are no reliable data showing that, and that the mechanism has never been really explained. So I was very skeptical to say the least.
I had to change the view, however, as a study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery (Volume 5, Number 2, 2003.) found LLLT can actually work as intended. The study found that showing hair and a higher tensile strength improved from 28 men and 7 women who used the comb LaserMax 6 months. Results were impressive and no side effects were reported as expected. I also spoke with the director of a clinic which has many hair transplants and are more widely cure rate op stations using the laser comb. Therefore, my opinion on this thing is cautiously positive and may be incorporated into their plan to prevent hair loss.
If all else fails!:
Ok, so have tried most of the above, I do not want, or not enough hair on top left of the head and really make a difference and want information about transplants. As you know, when they left the first transplant, which was pretty crude and looked pretty damn bad. Things have changed for the better in recent years with a very impressive record.
So the good news is that there are procedures that now seem totally natural. The bad news, none of them go to the line of hair you had before you begin to lose hair. You must have realistic expectations to begin.
Ok, after much research, I am of the opinion that the laser method is superior to other methods. There are a lot of confusion out there on the laser method propagated by people using outdated information or fear of competition. People who have the laser method claim all kinds things that are simply not true today with the right laser being used by a health professional with experience.
Before to come to this, a little history. Lasers are finding new applications in the field of aesthetic medicine and almost every day such its use in surgery and the use of laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. IT700 been slower in the field of hair transplantation in using laser beams. The reason is simple, the first generation of lasers used for hair transplants are not pulsed CO2 laser, causing damage in the local blood supply (dry hole) and as a result of poor hair growth.
Note, the blood level transplanted follicle is essential for any growth will occur. Without an adequate blood supply, the transplanted follicles simply dies. These lasers heat caused significant damage in the area (the area burned by excessive heat from the laser), which is obviously not what you want. This is the main criticism of the laser.
However, new generations of CO2 laser pulse showed a great improvement in maintaining the blood resulting in growth and improvement of graft survival of transplanted hair. Later, improvements were added Super pulse laser, which is a great improvement over older lasers, which have caused significant heat damage. Another type of laser used is the erbium laser.
Both lasers seem to have their strengths and we have seen excellent results with both. The right laser in the hands of a physician who has experienced this method does not affect the blood supply to all, and growth remains high after transplantation is transplanted hair follicle. The laser reduces the actual time of surgery and trauma in the region, if the post-op pain is reduced and recovery time is also reduced.
Some other reasons, the laser method is superior to the holes in their heads that someone with a scalpel or punch needle, every time a hole is a laser bald tissue is actually removed. This reduces the amount of the bald area today. This advantage is not considered when using a blade or a needle to prepare the recipient sites. Lasers also reduce the impact of the so-called "post-operative epidermal inclusion cysts." They are ugly little bumps that often appear in hair transplant, and look like sh * $ to be honest.
There are more advantages to the use of lasers in comparison with the factor of "stealing" methods (eg, a scalpel, needle punch, etc.) don700t I have the space or the need to cover. It is the only method I have seen, personally, I just could not say that the work had been done on the head of the person until I seen the photos before!
The clinical experience with, the more likely it transplants laser hair and scalp Laser Clinic in Clearwater, Florida. The clinical director is John Satino doc and did the work is Dr. Markou. This can be reached at 1-800-883-4247 or 1-727-572-9344. Website is www.hairscalplaserclinic.com
Now, if you can find someone in your area by using the laser method has real experience with it and can provide references to discuss their work, by all means use them, but not many people using the laser method for transplantation. On a final note, do not want people think there might have success with some of the scalpel and traditional methods of drilling of the needle, but in my opinion, none of them is superior or more natural appearance, which causes laser in the hands of a health professional experienced.
Conclusion.
Well, please do not bombard me with questions about the most healing to the most recent hair loss you read or use. It is virtually the only treatments I have no faith in the most time I have been researching the subject, the more I realize how some of the products really work there and what is an MPB annoying problem is resolved. However, the information This article is almost as good as you find in his attempt to do not complete the research as the guy in the logo of Gold's Gym!
