If ever there was a drug which seemed almost a cure for the DPP, without side effects, what it was. So what happened? It'sa bit of a mystery, but the general consensus is that the company never developed the market for financial reasons, after other drugs for the DPP faired less well on the market as expected. Lasers are finding new applications in the field of aesthetic medicine and almost every day such its use in surgery and the use of laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. The reason is simple, the first generation of lasers used for hair transplants are not pulsed CO2 laser, causing damage in the local blood supply (dry hole) and as a result of poor hair growth.
