How to clean an air conditioner and remove mold

Air Conditioning Cleaning Procedure

Is it bad to rinse Your Hair with water without using shampoo or conditioner?

If I messed up hair (which comes post a question on crushing by the way) and I wanted to wash the hair spray the next day and start over, it would be wrong to step into the shower and it just give a quick rinse with water? Or should I put in a little conditioner and it is not dirty? Thank you in advance.
