QNAP TS-459 Pro Turbo NAS D510 Intel Atom
The TS-459 Pro is a powerful 4-Bay Network Attached Storage (NAS), which is designed to provide an affordable and easy to manage services for iSCSI virtualized and clustered environments. The TS-459 Pro also offers business applications so versatile maximize the efficiency of data centers in the business environment.
QNAP TS-459 Pro NAS Server 1.66 uses energy D512 efficient Intel Atom 1 GB of DDR2 system memory ready for deployments of iSCSI VMware virtualization. Dual Gigabit Ethernet interfaces allow failover network security while four SATA hard drives offer basic disk or RAID. The device has four USB ports on the rear panel and fifth at the front, accompanied by a copy of a touch button you can configure a backup or external hard drives. Two eSATA ports allows storage faster transfer outside, although the NAS device is only compatible with ext3, ext4, NTFS and FAT32 file systems, disks drives HFS + file system used by Mac OS X are not currently available.
There are two Gigabit Ethernet ports on the back of the TS-459 Pro QNAP NAS that support failover and load balancing. This means that both ports can balance network traffic over a single IP address, if a port fails, the other simply continue to function normally.
The most interesting aspect of the QNAP TS-459 Pro Turbo NAS device that is who is in his heart, an Intel Atom D510. clock speed of 1.66GHz, the D510 is one of the first dual core Atom processors, and the first built for desktop computers instead of low-power netbooks. For this reason, which offers better performance than Atom, the continued consumption relatively low energy. QNAP joined this CPU with 1 GB of DDR2 memory, a powerful combination of a NAS device.
The incorporation the next generation of Intel Atom Dual-Core Processor D510 at 1.66 GHz and 1GB DDRII RAM, Turbo NAS offers the reliability performance remains exceptionally high for several applications simultaneously and transfer large volumes of data with a low consumption of energy security.
