Where can I get the bulk sea glass, stones, decorations, jewelry, beads or balls?

I have to find the cheapest Wed good size, and marble decorative jewelry, glass, stone or something. I need pink (not pale pink, pink or magenta), and green (limeish color, not dark) for wedding decorations. I have about 10 large ships that I want to put alternate layers of pink flowers and green man …. I go to these about 20-25 small candle votive I want to put more stones or whatever to hold the candles.
