I am half African American and my hair are very dry. Im in a budget and I was wondering what the best shampoo and conditioner to buy at Wal-Mart or Target. I usually use of salon products, but because of my budget I have to find something cheaper. Tresseme tried and it did not work.
You'll probably laugh, but it works very well. My mother bought one time and it works great to moisturize the hair .. It's called Mane n 'Tail " and was made for horses. However, it works great on human hair. It should help out with your hair dry, and should maintain good health. This is what it seems!
