Assess the potential of your company to innovate with new business model

What is your current business model?
If you offer many products and services, you can have more than one. Understanding how they work now will be easier to think about how to improve it.

The products are mainly sold in supermarkets, discount stores and warehouse clubs.
Compare that with Starbucks coffee trade. Starbucks offers mainly high-quality coffee and tea products through service in complex forms Cafes ready to provide the most enjoyable. The company offers more than coffee beans as a product of experience delicious coffee in bars and other places to eat away from home, and for beer drinkers at home, so that customers can still taste good they prefer.
The companies have two different business models that offer different products, different amounts experience in different ways, and especially in different places.
