Have a Nice Day Spa at Home
February is a cold remarkably sad. You can also have the blues, especially during these difficult times. Unless you live in the southern hemisphere, are experiencing weather that is very hostile to the skin. And if they are victims of hostile economy, may be the luxury of going into a luxury spa for a relaxing day. This is certainly not me. So why not create your spa day?
Let's start with the hair.
The best conditioner I have tried is used before shampooing. Softens and prevents split ends.
Spot third cup of oil, olive oil, one third cup of vegetables and a third cup of honey in a small saucepan, heat until boiling. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plastic bottle a small sprayer. Hair Spray and rub well. Wet a towel with hot water and wrap around the head for an hour. Shampoo to remove and wash the hair and style usual.
For booster shampoo for normal hair or dry, mix 1 egg, 1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons tablespoons mild unscented shampoo. The egg is a great conditioner and lemon juice or vinegar will shine hair.
For oily hair, mix 2 tablespoons dried mint, 2 tablespoons dried mint and 1 tablespoon dried sage with a cup of water, one third cup of baby shampoo (one egg and one third of a cup of milk for the optional air conditioning). Place first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain and discard the herbs. In a jar, mixed with baby shampoo quarter cup of tea. Shampoo as usual.
If Your Hair is wrapped in a towel, why not take a facial?
If you have herbs, then what about an herbal mask?
Mix 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of dried flowers Chamomile, crumbled, 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint in a small bowl. Apply the mixture on the face and neck. Let dry then rinse with water tibia. Or for specific types of skin, try one of them.
For dry and normal: Beat an egg in a small bowl and slowly add coconut oil and honey. Mix until creamy mayonnaise. Place a vertical empty toilet paper roll in a container and put a mask with a spoon. Freeze overnight. When you are ready to use the next day, peel a bit of cardboard and rub the stick in his face frozen. After 5 or 10 minutes, rinse with warm water. Cover exposed wood with plastic wrap and return to freezer for future use. Now, for easy and quick facial for dry skin, mix a banana and add a tablespoon of honey in a bowl and rub over face and neck. Leave until it is smooth and hard 15 minutes.
For oily skin: Mix water and oatmeal to create a paste. Apply the paste on the face and neck. Let peaks.
For sensitive skin: Avoid masks, unless the ingredients are allantoin, Vaseline or zinc oxide. Do not assume that products labeled "for sensitive skin" Your skin is not necessarily safe. Always test an inconspicuous area of skin to ensure there are no side effects.
With all the facials above, Remember splash your face and neck with warm water and dry with a clean towel. Of course, if it is really a day the spa, then include your face and steam the neck these measures, while conditioning your hair is wrapped in a warm towel.
Want more? What's immersed in his bathtub? Create a relaxing soak 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of inexpensive shampoo. Fill your half tub filled with hot water. Pour the ingredients into the bowl, then add water, swirl around the hand to extend the bubbles.
You want to try a different moisturizer? What mix 1 tablespoon of oil coconut soup olive oil 1 1 tablespoon tablespoon vegetable oil in a small bowl. 2 tablespoons mashed strawberries and throw them in oil. For an additional option Add a few drops of vitamin E. Store leftovers in refrigerator in a covered pot. It is also gentle enough to remove makeup.
