Make sure that hair loss is not due to drugs, if you take medications such as levothyroxine (ie, Synthroid, Levoxyl, Unithroid, Levothroid) and continues to lose hair, then it is time to act. Adverse side effects of these drugs may be excessive hair loss or prolonged. Consult a physician would be nice.
If you are under-treated?

Be patient
