Does anyone else feel that dark chocolate is incredibly filling?
Whenever I have a song I always feel so full. I checked the label nutrtiion (cocoa chocolate 82% I), and has 6 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. Wow.
Yes, I agree. I suppose that since is not as sweet and creamy milk chocolate, as lead us to eat more than is good for us. It is also possible that the body registers the correct amount without high fat and sugar.
