Search for power and energy with the 3rd Chakra Malas
This is the third in a series that will discuss the advantages use the target = "_blank" title = "Celedra"> bad and say your mantra for each of the seven chakras.
With the recent increased awareness of the healing benefits of gemstones, mantras and bad, why do not you decorate with jewelry that is sacred and beautiful.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means wheel and refers to a system of seven energy centers that carry basic energy or prana, whole body. Open and balanced chakras lead to optimal health, vitality and consciousness.
The third chakra is located in the plexus Solar and is known as the chakra of power. The element is fire and is aimed at self-definition and self-identity. It is the energy storage, which distributes the prana or life force throughout the entire system, which allows us to project our creative vision in the world thus becoming the creators of our own destiny.
When out of balance, we can become victims of fate and circumstances, allow others to control us by searching for calm and validation, or be in need, controlling and demanding and angry. When in balance, we feel the energy efficiency with power and radiant.
This chakra is linked to yellow with the sun and Mars. Responds to music with the power us move to express emotion, whether joy or sorrow.
The possible physiological benefits for the third chakra is a balanced digestive system healthy, including stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, kidney and spleen. It increases the metabolism and stimulates the sympathetic nervous system.
Gemstone:
Citrine aid access to personal power and self confidence, because it relieves the fears and tensions of the body.
Yellow Jade helps to balance this chakra in a good and quiet when we feel frustrated or angry. And this works well in the digestive system.
Yellow Calcite energy can help to increase and therefore increase the sense of power and esteem of itself.
Gold is a great conductor of energy and can help repair the damage at the cellular level.
Mantra:

About the Author
Celedra Gildea,PhD a psychotherapist by profession, began designing malas, or prayer beads, in 1995 in order to support her spiritual practice in Tibetan Buddhism. In 2007 she went to Tibet to start a non-profit cottage industry for the Nangchen, training local Tibetan women in the making of malas. Then, she and her team took a harrowing car ride up the treacherous roads to the nunnery, where the malas were placed on the alter to receive the prayers and blessings of the nuns. Today, she is devoted to providing objects of art for you and your home with malas, jewelry and home décor that help create the sacred in everyday life.

I would not go with Redken Shades EQ .. for some because of their colors do emit very bright and warm brown color. Try Wella 4 / 77 and 6 / 77 equal parts. with 10 or 20 volumes. I love Wella .. they last much longer and no great thing and disappear quickly. Good luck
